Job description
We are looking for a Product Coach to join our teams in Geneva and support the structuring and maturity growth of product practices with our key account clients, in direct connection with the UX/UI and technical teams, to ensure product and delivery alignment.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Support the transition to a Product Management-oriented organization
- Coach teams in adopting good product practices
- Ensure smooth collaboration between UX/UI, business, and IT
- Develop teams beyond a purely agile framework towards a product approach
- Coach Product Owners and future Product Managers in their skill development
- Provide Product Management methods and tools (vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery)
- Ensure alignment between user needs (UX/UI) and technical constraints
- Work closely with Tech Leads to guarantee feasibility and coherence of solutions
- Structure product practices within teams (product governance, backlog management, etc.)
- Facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders (IT, UX, business)
- Challenge existing practices and support transformation
🎯 Your profile
- Significant experience as a Product Coach, Product Manager, or Lead Product
- Experience in complex environments (ideally banking or large groups)
- Mastery of IT, delivery, and architecture environments
- Past experience in Agile (Scrum) with a product-oriented approach
- Ability to coach and develop product teams
- Strong ability to link product and technical aspects
- Mastery of Product Management tools and methods (product vision, discovery, roadmap, prioritization)
- Fluent in English and French
