Your area of responsibility

• Leadership and development of the team in all aspects, including team building, recruitment, coaching, disciplinary matters, absence management, change management, etc.
• Building up and further developing the area
• Ensuring optimal scheduling, resource, and capacity planning in shift operations
• Participation in or management of plant projects, currently focusing on completing the introduction phase of two newly commissioned machining centers
• Active implementation of improvements (CIP)
• Cost center responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and occupational safety

What you bring

• Completed training as a polymechanic and ideally further training as a production specialist or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally in a two-shift operation, and experience with production machines
• Experience in lean and project management
• Good PC user skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ERP systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Reliable, quick-witted personality with strong organizational talent
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Networked thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and a solution-oriented working style
