About the job
YouMo is an innovative company in the bicycle industry, currently in an exciting growth phase. We develop, assemble, and repair high-quality eBikes and cargo bikes. Additionally, we offer a repair and spare parts service for GoSwissDrive eBike systems.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a mechanic (m/f/d) for cargo eBikes who can take on assembly as well as repair and service tasks. Depending on qualifications and experience, the position can be filled part-time or full-time.
- Assembly of components and final assembly of cargo bikes
- Assembly of custom cargo bike builds
- Repair and service of eBikes, especially with GoSwissDrive systems
- Acceptance & inspection of eBikes for repair
- Support of product development with technical know-how
- Technical training and manual skills with understanding of eBikes
- Experience as a bike mechanic or in a comparable position is an advantage
- Independent, precise, and structured working style
- Customer orientation, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of computers and ERP systems
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Team spirit, personal responsibility, and precise working methods
- Bright and well-equipped workshop
