Your Tasks

• Qualified guidance and support of residents and clients in the area of occupational and work therapy offers
• Building up and maintaining individual resources
• Implementation of daily and weekly structuring offers
• Design and further development of work processes to ensure appropriate work organization
• Professional documentation of the services provided
• Participation in team meetings, case discussions, working groups and supervisions

Your Profile

• A completed training in the field of occupational therapy, work therapy or a comparable qualification
• A creative and dynamic personality
• A respectful basic attitude
• Experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses is desirable
• Communication and teamwork skills with pronounced empathy
• High creativity and manual skills
• An independent and responsible way of working
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility 
• Interest in the further development of occupational therapy offers
• Confident handling of new media
