The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with disabilities. In the residential area, we are looking for a new team member from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ, 80%
for our Eiche residential group, focusing on palliative care and dementia.
Your tasks
- Care and support of people with cognitive and multiple disabilities in the living and leisure area
- Health care and basic care of partly physically impaired people
- Responsibility as a contact person for one to two clients
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
- Taking over weekend, holiday, and split shifts
We expect from you
- You have a degree as a Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ
- You maintain open communication and actively contribute to the team
- Client-centered action, flexibility, and tolerance are qualities that are natural to you
- You are resilient, flexible, and have good physical condition
- Irregular working hours do not bother you (no night shifts)
- You have very good PC user skills and complete your profile with a car driving license
