Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of elderly, mentally ill people.
- Accompanying patients in everyday inpatient life, implementing the principles of the therapeutic milieu
- Organizing the daily routine and conducting groups (e.g. cooking group, external accompaniment) together with the patients
- Advantage: Experience in dealing with various psychiatric disorders
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Interest in the field of psychiatry, as well as (if possible) experience in the treatment of elderly people and psychiatric disorders
- Cooperative and solution-oriented working style, high quality awareness and service understanding
- Independence, teamwork, flexibility and interest in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation for the further development of the department in the context of upcoming structural and construction changes
- Open and reflective attitude
