Your Tasks

Comprehensive care and support of elderly, mentally ill people.
Accompanying patients in everyday inpatient life, implementing the principles of the therapeutic milieu
Organizing the daily routine and conducting groups (e.g. cooking group, external accompaniment) together with the patients
Advantage: Experience in dealing with various psychiatric disorders

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Interest in the field of psychiatry, as well as (if possible) experience in the treatment of elderly people and psychiatric disorders
Cooperative and solution-oriented working style, high quality awareness and service understanding
Independence, teamwork, flexibility and interest in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
Motivation for the further development of the department in the context of upcoming structural and construction changes
Open and reflective attitude
