We are looking for you: Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (m/f/d) as Head of Deployment Planning, 80-100%

To strengthen our motivated planning and management team, we are looking for an experienced and resilient leader for duty and deployment planning. With your organizational talent, your analytical and networked thinking, your flexibility and your commitment, you are the heart of our deployment planning and ensure smooth and efficient planning of customer visits, as well as employee-oriented duty planning with our operational software Perigon. 

Your tasks include

• Creation and updating of the duty roster for the entire organization 
  (approx. 70 employees)
• Planning and coordination of customer deployments for care and housekeeping with Perigon
• Processing customer inquiries via phone or email
• Triage of new customer registrations in collaboration with the 
  department management for care and support
• Ensuring the flow of information between all internal and external stakeholders
• Various administrative tasks
• Master data maintenance and optimization work in the planning area
• Active participation in nursing and in the management team

You offer us:

• Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (or close to completion)
• Experience in deployment planning and very good Perigon knowledge is mandatory
