We are looking for an employee to join our analytical laboratory team as a proactive support. This job is part-time with a workload of 60 - 80%. We look forward to your application!

Job Description

• Perform polymer analytical measurements using DSC, TGA, FTIR, Karl Fischer titration, MFR / MFI, color measurement, particle & purity analyses
• Perform incoming goods inspections, in-process controls, and damage/error analyses
• Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results including deviation analyses
• Preparation of laboratory reports, measurement protocols, and material identifications
• Cleanroom monitoring (ISO 8/9): particle measurement, microbiological sampling, climate parameters
• Responsibility for operation, maintenance, calibration, and documentation of laboratory equipment
• Support in root cause analysis in the context of complaints

Qualifications

• Successfully completed laboratory-oriented or technical vocational training (e.g., as a laboratory technician EFZ, plastics technologist, chemical technologist, or materials tester or similar)
• Experience in chemical/physical analysis methods of polymer or material analytics
• Solid understanding of measurement principles: e.g., temperature control systems, spectrum evaluation, rheological behavior, moisture and particle measurement mechanisms
• Experience with quality standards (ISO, internal QS systems)
• Very good German skills and good English skills
