- You independently handle complex professional liability cases, especially for lawyers, notaries, trustees, and IT service providers.
- Your responsibilities also include handling directors and officers liability, cyber, and fidelity loss cases.
- The role particularly involves fact-finding, legal assessment of liability and coverage, as well as negotiations with claimants and their legal representatives, and if necessary, supporting legal proceedings.
- Additionally, you support underwriting in risk assessment, participate in projects, and give presentations at training events.

- You are an initiative-taking and team-oriented personality with assertiveness and negotiation skills, who also sees file study as a challenge.
- Thanks to your strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension, you quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues.
- You have excellent oral and written expression in German. Good French and English skills (spoken and written) are an advantage.
- You are a lawyer with a practicing certificate and have several years of professional experience (preferably in law firms, judiciary, or insurance).
- An affinity for IT as well as knowledge in liability law, corporate law, and accounting are considered complementary skills and complete your profile.
