Your Responsibilities
You will oversee and support a broad range of operational and administrative tasks, including:
- Guest Relations & Operations
Managing guest requests, bookings and stay inquiries, Handling check-ins, check-outs, and handovers, Acting as the main contact for guests; resolving issues quickly and professionally, Coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams - Contract & Administration
Preparing and managing guest contracts and extensions, Overseeing deposits, rental payments and refunds, Maintaining a clear payment and occupancy overview - Property & Partner Management
Assisting with new property setup (furnishing, onboarding, coordination), Supporting property sourcing and onboarding processes, Maintaining relationships with property owners and local partners - Marketing & Community
Posting property listings and managing advertisements, Contributing to social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Supporting branding efforts and guest communication templates - General Support & Optimization
Identifying and improving daily workflows, Ensuring operational consistency across all A/NTERIM properties
Your Profile
- Experience in property management, administration, or customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills (German & English required)
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing several properties at once
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and booking platforms
- A genuine interest in hospitality, design, and modern urban living
- Open to learn new things
