Tasks
- You support the HR team in preparing and carrying out the monthly payroll runs and assist with reconciliations and controls
- In the area of absence management (e.g. accident, illness, EO, IV, parenthood, family allowances, etc.) you provide valuable support in administrative processing
- You maintain and check the absence records in the time management system Polypoint PEP
- You competently and service-oriented support the team with questions regarding payroll and absence management
- You handle the monthly administrative processing of jubilees
- You organize the annual pensioners' event as well as the jubilee celebration
Profile
- Commercial basic training and already some experience in HR
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security system
- Experience with Navision and UKA-Solutions is an advantage
- High IT affinity and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Customer-oriented, trustworthy and flexible personality with high social competence
- Independent, precise and service-oriented way of working
