- Support and accompaniment of nursing professionals and nursing teams in complex patient situations
- Participation and independent execution of further training
- Evidence-based development and updating of nursing concepts and action guidelines
- Further development and support in the implementation of the nursing process
- Collaboration and contribution of nursing expertise and other expertise to the nursing development and interdisciplinary care team
You
- have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- have at least 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital, mainly on a ward with medical focus
- hold further training in nursing science (MScN) or are in training for a Master in Nursing Science
- have willingness and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration in a nursing development team as well as in nursing teams on medical wards
- are an open, flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
- possess high social competence and a constructive approach with all professions
