Drugstores & Pharmacies (Groups / Chains) throughout Switzerland
Your tasks:
- In this role, you will initially focus on the organizational and coordinative area and gradually develop towards comprehensive Key Account Management:
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing the agreed Key Account activities in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and our customers
- Responsibility for all administrative tasks related to the Key Accounts
- Preparation and participation in customer meetings, contract and condition negotiations. With our support, you will continuously take on more responsibility, with the goal of independently conducting these negotiations in the future.
- Analysis of relevant key figures to achieve defined sales and profit targets
- Participation in the implementation and further development of customer-related processes and structures
Your profile:
- Basic training as a druggist, pharmacy specialist, or commercial clerk
- Further education in marketing
- Experience in the OTC sector (drugstore, pharmacy, OTC industry, groups/chains)
- Strong organizational skills as well as very good administrative and analytical abilities
- Very good communication skills in German and French
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style with high customer orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP, CRM, and BI systems
- Strong willingness to take responsibility and to develop professionally and personally
