- Supporting the team leader in organizing, coordinating, and leading the nursing team
- Ensuring qualitative and quantitative care and support of patients
- Constructive and situation-appropriate collaboration with other service areas
- Supporting initiated change processes and their continuous development
- Promoting further education and training of employees as well as training in various nursing professions
- Deputizing for the team leader during their absence
Your profile
- Recognized diploma training in nursing at tertiary level (HF/Bsc/DN2/AKP)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field
- Open and communicative working style
- High professional, social, and self-competence as well as resilience
- Very good knowledge of German
