For our team in the area of "Monitoring Delegates / Outsourcing Relationships" we are looking for support. Do you have several years of experience in the fund business as well as in audit or compliance? Then we look forward to your application.

Your tasks

In this role, you take on a central function in monitoring our outsourced functions and contractual relationships. You work closely with your team and bring in your expertise to ensure the quality of the work. You actively contribute to the further development of our monitoring processes and are jointly responsible for the operational implementation of the tasks arising:

Qualitative monitoring of outsourced functions and significant contractual relationships
Preparation and quality assurance of initial and ongoing due diligence reports for management, boards of directors, and foundation boards with proposed measures for special developments and extraordinary events
Support in the further development of monitoring concepts and processes
Instruction and monitoring of delegated asset managers and other delegation relationships as well as commissioning the responsible legal department for contractual adjustments
Support in internal and external audits as well as in inquiries from the financial market supervisory authority in connection with the monitoring of asset managers, execution, IT, and other outsourcing relationships

Your profile

You bring a high level of professional expertise and want to apply it in a responsible, operational role. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys supporting others and working together on the quality of work. You appreciate a position where you can further develop as a subject matter expert.

Completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a business or legal focus
Several years of experience in audit, compliance, regulatory auditing, or monitoring function in a larger fund management company
Comprehensive knowledge of the (internally and externally) performed activities of a fund management company
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Independent, structured, and precise way of working
Enjoyment of teamwork and supporting colleagues
Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
Further training in compliance, as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or comparable qualifications are a strong plus
