Clerk*in Purchasing and Logistics

• you support station supply and the upstream and downstream tasks such as picking, provision, or material requisition
• you take care of the complete order processing of warehouse and transit items including monitoring delivery dates, handling complaints, evaluating alternative items
• you receive material deliveries, carry out incoming goods inspections, and store and rearrange goods (intralogistics)
• you check, process, and post creditor invoices in time for the monthly accounting closing in the ERP workflow
• you maintain the article and supplier master data in the system and assist with inventories
• you actively participate in interprofessional collaboration and optimize workflows together with the specialist departments (warehouse, processes, digitization, tools)

• you have completed commercial or logistical basic training or a corresponding further education
• you have several years of experience in purchasing/material management or supply logistics; practical experience in a hospital is a great advantage
• you are a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality who communicates proactively and transparently
• you think in a networked way and work very structured and precise
• you like to show initiative, are resilient, and want to get involved yourself (good physical constitution)
• you have good IT skills and are confident in spoken and written German
