Head of Electronics Engineering 80-100 % (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Technical and organizational leadership of a team of 4 electronics engineers
• Coaching employees to promote their individual skills and personal development
• Resource planning, prioritization and coordination of projects, as well as maintenance of the existing product portfolio
• Active participation in electronics development (approx. 50%):
  - Design and development of electronic circuits and assemblies (analog and digital)
  - Creation of circuit diagrams, review of PCB layouts, and component selection
  - Testing and validation of prototypes including troubleshooting and optimization
• Close collaboration with software, mechanics, and other teams
• Building and maintaining knowledge management within the electronics team

WHAT YOU BRING

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field (ETH/University/FH)
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development (analog and digital), ideally in an industrial environment
• Leadership experience, with motivation to support and promote engineers
• Solid knowledge in circuit design, PCB layout, and measurement technology
• Experience with standards and certifications (e.g., EMC, CE, UL, VDW) is an advantage
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Ability to independently prioritize, structure, and systematically work on tasks
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
