About the job

- you consolidate and analyze sales and performance data in the advertising market across all channels – publishing, online, TV, and radio
- you structure and harmonize historically grown data bases and further develop reporting logics as well as data structures (including data warehouse)
- you identify inconsistencies in reports and processes and derive concrete optimization measures
- you support the sales management and other stakeholders with well-founded analyses, structure their needs, and sharpen clear requirements from them
- you are responsible for the creation and continuous optimization of regular sales and performance reporting in Tableau
- depending on preference and team constellation, you work at our location in Aarau or Zurich
You will succeed here if
- you bring several years of experience in reporting, business analytics, or controlling – ideally in the media, advertising, or sales environment
- you have solid experience in creating and visualizing reports in BI tools (ideally Tableau); SQL knowledge is an advantage
- you think analytically, question numbers critically, enjoy further developing grown structures, and like to actively contribute
- you can communicate complex analytical content appropriately for the target audience and have very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- you have a completed degree in business, media, business intelligence, business informatics, or a comparable education or corresponding further training
