The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," the hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed training as a restaurant specialist or several years of professional experience
Experience in upscale gastronomy
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor

Attending to guests from reception to farewell including order taking
Ensuring professional food and beverage service according to given standards as well as active wine sales
Ensuring optimal guest satisfaction
Preparation of guest billing
