The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 165 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center and the external living group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

In this exciting job
- You respond individually to each resident and their needs due to your high empathy
- You are interested in their life stories and incorporate these into care and support
- You succeed in providing professional care and support to the residents - involving their relatives
- High care and support quality is important to you and you maintain this at a high level together with the entire team
- You record, manage, and evaluate the entire care process of our residents using electronic care documentation (WiCare). Service recording is done with BESA.
What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / completed SRK registration procedure
- Experience, interest, and expertise in geriatric and gerontopsychiatric care
- Experience working with people with dementia
- Experience in designing and implementing the care process
- High social skills in teamwork and dealing with residents
- Initiative and commitment, creativity
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
