We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement for a
Health Professional EFZ 60-100% in House A
Your tasks
- Individual, holistic care and support of the residents, tailored to their needs and life situation.
- Taking on daily responsibility to ensure smooth operations in everyday life.
- Key person work to build a trusting relationship with the residents and to support their needs as best as possible.
- As a vocational trainer you competently accompany and support learners and promote their development during training.
- Careful documentation to ensure quality and continuity in care.
- Active participation in working groups for the continuous development of our care quality and workflows.
Your profile
- You have a completed training as a health professional EFZ and bring solid expertise.
- You are characterized by commitment, responsibility and a positive aura that you bring to your work.
- Flexibility and resilience are a matter of course for you – even in demanding moments, you keep an overview.
- You have already successfully completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to complete it at our expense.
- RAI knowledge is a plus, but not a must.
