What is this role about?

We are looking for an employee for electronics production to complement our team and actively shape our production processes in the electronics area, ensure the highest quality, and thus provide our customers worldwide with powerful solutions.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• operate our production equipment in the electronics area independently and reliably.
• take on an important part in the production preparation process and provide components.
• document the production steps and contribute to quality assurance.
• collaborate with other departments such as logistics or maintenance.
• work in a 2-shift operation and ensure smooth processes.
• actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

What do we expect from you? 

You:

• have completed basic training, ideally in a technical field.
• bring experience in electronics production or a comparable industry.
• are confident in using MS Office.
• communicate fluently in German.
• work focused, reliably, and independently.
• are team-oriented and bring a high level of commitment.
