Your Tasks
- Primary contact person work
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the core and treatment team
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
- Collaboration with relatives and involved specialist offices
- Action in psychiatric emergency situations
- Milieu therapeutic work on the wards, led by nursing
- Co-design and implementation of change processes
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF, FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
- Experience in the psychiatric environment desirable
- Independent work, high reliability
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Resilient, sociable, constructive, and empathetic personality
