• You have completed training as a nurse specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check for foreign diplomas required).
• You have a professional practice permit from the canton of St. Gallen or can present it before starting the job.
• You already have professional experience in psychiatry (preferably in the acute sector).
• You have completed a basic course in aggression management or are willing to do so.
• You possess high social and self-competence, are flexible and resilient, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
