About the job

What you can achieve

• You lead, accompany and support our employees at the sheltered workplaces as well as IV trainees according to their individual abilities and needs
• You take on production tasks such as gluing, assembling, pressing, sorting, spot welding as well as the assembly of components and assemblies for industry
• You ensure an economical, timely and quality-compliant processing of customer orders
• You provide support in care if neededYou conduct assessments and progress reports and organise group meetings
• You take on the role of key contact person and maintain contact with relatives, legal representatives and external partners
• You contribute to compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations

What you bring with you

• A basic craft and educational training, a qualification as a specialist caregiver EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Enjoyment in working with people with support needs
• Good MS Office skills
