About the job
Our Compliance + Data Protection team brings structure, security, and reliability to all areas of the company and ensures that laws and regulations are not only complied with but also lived. Are you familiar with insurance law, enjoy complex issues, and have a sixth sense for legal pitfalls?
What you can achieve
- You actively work on policy frameworks and ensure they are up to date and complied with.
- You answer questions from the specialist departments clearly and with legal expertise – you correspond confidently and precisely with authorities.
- You handle compliance incidents quickly but carefully.
- Compliance and supervisory requirements are close to your heart – with your participation in internal and external audits, you ensure seamless implementation of all requirements.
- You conduct practical and engaging training sessions.
What sets you apart
- A university degree lic.iur. or MLaw in law or a comparable qualification
- Solid training and further education in compliance
- Several years of professional experience as a lawyer – ideally in compliance, (social) insurance law, or insurance supervisory law
- Knowledge of common best practices, frameworks, and standards regarding compliance and insurance supervision
- Always an open ear and full support with the greatest possible freedom in shaping your work
