Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company in Eastern Switzerland. To strengthen operational management, we are looking for a committed individual who takes responsibility and leads an important production area together with their team as Production Team Leader 100% (a).

Tasks
In this versatile role, you will lead a team of around 15 employees and ensure smooth daily operations. You plan and coordinate ongoing orders, set priorities, and ensure that quality, deadlines, and internal interfaces function reliably.

• Leadership and coordination of the production team as well as ensuring weekly and daily planning
• Management and prioritisation of orders including provision of materials and operating resources
• Responsibility for quality, productivity, efficient use of resources, and timely completion
• Close coordination with production management as well as upstream and downstream departments and active development of processes

Requirements
You have experience in a manufacturing or technical-craft environment and already possess initial leadership experience. What matters to us is a structured way of working, initiative, and the ability to lead employees authoritatively and coordinate across departments.

• Technical or craft-based basic training with a good understanding of production and manufacturing processes
• Initial leadership experience; further training in production, processes, or management is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and an independent, solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurially minded, communicative, and assertive personality with good German language skills
