Polymechanic, as Operations Mechanic
Activities
- Maintenance, repair and preventive care of our production facilities
- Troubleshooting including systematic fault finding, analysis and subsequent function check
- Implementation of technical adjustments as well as continuous improvements
- Support, guidance and training of employees in ongoing operations
- Close cooperation and direct exchange with management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or in a comparable technical profession
- Experience in maintenance or similar activities
- Willingness to work in 3-shift system
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Team-oriented, flexible and solution-focused
- Practical hands-on attitude and willingness to actively participate in production
