The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.

The Younger & Agogic care department offers around 13 younger people in need of care a living and day structure. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as

Diploma Nursing Specialist HF/FH (m/f/d)

Younger & Agogic, 80 – 100% workload

You will support us by:

Ensuring the care and support of our residents within the framework of reference care, including professional and evidence-based nursing
Considering the resources of the residents, their biographies, and individual needs in care and support
Supporting younger people in designing their day as independently and actively as possible
Performing medical-technical measures in addition to nursing activities
Taking on daily responsibility
Carefully maintaining nursing documentation

You can convince us with:

A completed training as a Diploma Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification, preferably with several years of professional experience
Experience in the long-term care sector and dealing with younger people in need of care
Interest in a combination of nursing and agogic tasks
Knowledge of RAI-NH
An empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
