Dementia Care Specialist 70–100% (FAGE, HF)

The Passwang Center offers a cozy and family-like home to 93 residents. Located in a rural area and surrounded by beautiful nature, there is the SANA House – a health center with integrated long-term and transitional care, and the CURA House – specialized in the care and support of people with dementia.

An exciting area of responsibility with opportunities for co-design, progressive employment conditions, as well as diverse training and further education opportunities await you. The workplace is easily accessible by car. Free parking spaces are available. The position is at the CURA House and ideally to be filled immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You ensure the professional and individual care of the residents with dementia in the living groups at the CURA House and guarantee a high quality of care
• You independently carry out the electronic care documentation with RAISoft
• You participate in the training of our apprentices and take on daily responsibility
• In their daily activities, you actively support the residents with dementia and promote their independent way of life

Your profile

• You are an experienced, committed care specialist motivated to advance with us into the next generation of care & dementia support
• You have several years of professional experience in long-term care and in the field of dementia
• Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form
• You have a high degree of independence and like to take responsibility
• You are a positive, responsible personality who is a team player and empathetic
• You are not afraid of unconventional thinking and acting
