About the job

This is your area of responsibility:

• You accompany specialists and executives from the healthcare sector on their path to a new professional challenge and personally advise them throughout the entire application process

• At the same time, you are the contact person for hospitals, care homes, home care organisations and other institutions in healthcare and support them in finding suitable employees

• You are responsible for the entire application management and let your creativity run free when it comes to our job advertisements

• You continuously expand your client portfolio, maintain existing relationships and win new clients for Careerplus. In doing so, you can apply your communication and consulting experience and develop your sales and acquisition skills step by step with our support

• Preparation for an interview is essential; you ensure that candidates have all the necessary information, coordinate interview appointments and obtain telephone references

• To keep your proactivity high, you ensure that the weekly defined key figures are achieved and thus the personal sales target is within reach

• Your workplace is Bern; occasional client appointments and assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland are part of the job and bring additional variety to your daily routine

What you bring with you:

• A completed education or relevant professional experience in healthcare, for example as a qualified nurse HF/FH, health specialist EFZ, MPA or in another paramedical or medical profession

• You want to consciously transfer your previous experience into a new professional field and have an interest in recruiting, consulting and customer service

• You enjoy building contacts, making calls and maintaining relationships long-term

• Experience in direct customer contact, consulting, administration, practice organisation or sales is an advantage

• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate an open and transparent feedback culture

• You speak fluent German; good English or French skills are a plus
