RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organization with around 135 employees, which ensures outpatient care and support for the residents of Dietikon, Schlieren, and Urdorf.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Team Leader (60-100%)
Your versatile tasks are:
- Responsible for the care, support, and housekeeping of the assigned clients in the Schlieren region
- Operational management of the interdisciplinary team
- Contact with clients, including complaint management
- Handling daily business with client admissions, as well as close cooperation with planning for client assignments
- Needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument, contact with health insurers
- Advising, supporting, and qualifying employees
- Creating duty and vacation schedules
- Further development of care and quality assurance in collaboration with the care expert and other team leaders
You bring with you:
- Training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent qualification is mandatory
- Extremely customer-friendly behavior
- Organizational talent
- Experience in duty and deployment planning
- Good user knowledge in IT / Office programs
- High social competence, good communication skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Very good German language skills
- Further training in leadership at the team leader level and/or leadership experience is an advantage
