Billing clerk for the Department of Interdisciplinary Centers
The Directorate of the Department of Interdisciplinary Centers is looking for a billing clerk at an activity rate of 80-100%, for its billing unit.
The starting date is scheduled for November 1, 2025, or to be agreed upon.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Department of Interdisciplinary Centers (DCI) includes notably the central operating block, the endoscopy center, the Emergency Service, and the Adult Intensive Care Service.
Its mission is to guarantee highly specialized care, ensure quality training conditions (initial and postgraduate), as well as to develop research projects and quality initiatives.
Mission
- You ensure the entry of medical-nursing services for the outpatient activity of the department
- You update the service catalogs
- You ensure the entry of special services
- You participate in the integration of new collaborators.
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, medical assistant, or assistant in care and community health (ASSC)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the medical field
- You master MS Office tools
- You are a rigorous person, with a good team spirit, analytical skills, and good stress management
- Knowledge of the TARMED system and CHUV institutional tools (Axya, Soarian, Medex, etc.) is an asset.
