Legal Counsel 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You advise management and internal departments on all company-relevant legal matters.
• You review, draft, and negotiate contracts, especially in the areas of commercial, corporate, labor, and distribution law.
• You support regulatory and compliance-related topics.
• You accompany and coordinate legal disputes and work closely with external law firms.
• You train and raise awareness among employees on legal topics.
• You monitor and implement legal changes relevant to the corporate group.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.).
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in an international company or in a law firm with a focus on business law.
• You have experience in contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
• You think analytically, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurially.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage.
