• Independent setup, equipping, and operation of painting machines as well as manual paint booths
• Precise manual painting of watch components according to specified specifications
• Monitoring the production process and performing qualitative intermediate and final inspections
• Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and applicable guidelines
• Responsibility for cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of production and painting equipment
• Active participation in the continuous optimization of processes and workflows
• Completed vocational training as a car painter EFZ or a comparable technical education
• Resilient, careful, and reliable personality with pronounced color vision ability
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Independent, responsible working style and enjoyment of a versatile, demanding activity

You have fluent German skills, French is an advantage
