- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of operations
- Perform various administrative tasks related to transport activities
- Proven experience in transport planning and coordination
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss geography and applicable regulations
- Very good ability to manage stress and handle complex situations
- Flexible, responsive, and dynamic person with a good team spirit
- Good German skills (minimum level B2)
- Proficiency in common computer tools
