To strengthen our day team in the Contact Centre in Glattbrugg, we are looking for motivated language talents with a passion for telephone customer contact by arrangement. To ensure professional onboarding, a 100% workload is required in the first month.
The Role
- Telephone advice to our customers worldwide (inbound only)
- Answering customer enquiries about invoices, payments and credit card availability
- Supporting our customers with questions about all e-services
- Building comprehensive knowledge about our products, processes and services
- In the event of an unexpected incident / emergency such as card loss or fraud, you will support our customers
What We Expect
- You have completed an apprenticeship or A-levels
- Very good spoken German and French skills, as well as good Italian or English skills
- You competently answer customer concerns and advise our customers individually and proactively
- You work reliably, independently and have a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Your focus is on active customer care, promoting digital services and sustainable customer loyalty
- You are a communicative personality, have a pleasant voice and convince with good argumentation and empathy
