Plant and Equipment Builder as a Press Brake Operator in Sheet Metal Processing

• Interpreting and correctly reading the workpiece drawings
• Independently setting up and operating various machines
• Close cooperation with other departments (engineering, production planning, welding, and laser)
• Reliable manufacturing and quality control of self-produced parts
• Maintenance of machines for bending, rounding, pressing, spot welding, straightening, etc.
• Consulting the technical office regarding feasibility of complex parts
• Assisting with bottlenecks in grinding or elsewhere in the company
• If interested, deputizing for laser cutting is also possible

• You have several years of experience in
• rounding, bending, and pressing sheets, profiles, or entire workpieces made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, or
• non-ferrous metals. Our blanks mostly come from our own laser production or the turning or milling department. In this internal collaboration, teamwork, punctuality, reliability, and independent
• work are extremely important. From the blanks, you manufacture single parts or series of up to several hundred parts. You enjoy setting up the machines for several different parts every day anew
• and if necessary, you also grind in the grinding shop or help elsewhere in the company. Our experienced press brake operator will thoroughly train you before his retirement.
• You speak fluent German and have, for example, completed an apprenticeship as a plant and equipment builder
• Programming the bending sequences directly on the machine (Bystronic)
• You work independently, precisely, sustainably, and solution-oriented
• Short-term and unforeseen events do not unsettle you
