YOUR TASKS
- Leadership, organization, and strategic development of the Technical Service department with 5 employees and 1 trainee
- Ensuring the availability of all production facilities including on-call service
- Planning and executing mechanical and electrical maintenance work
- Analyzing disruptions and initiating necessary measures
- Project participation and management in upcoming control and system changes
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. with further education as a maintenance specialist/technician
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in maintenance/plant management
- Knowledge of modern maintenance methodologies (e.g. TPM, RCM, Predictive Maintenance)
- Analytical thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and a can-do mentality
- Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills in German and ideally English
