We are looking for a
In this varied role, you support both our Sales and Business Development team as well as our management committees. You work on customer-oriented sales processes while also taking on organizational tasks internally. With your structured way of working, you ensure that processes in both areas are handled efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of service orientation.
Sales & Business Development
- Support of the Sales and Business Development team in administrative and organizational tasks
- Participation in the acquisition of CDMO customers – from initial contact to order processing
- Efficient and professional handling of incoming inquiries and ensuring smooth information flow between Sales and Business Development
- Preparation, organization, and follow-up of customer appointments, audits, and meetings
- Support in the preparation of offers, contracts, and the dispatch of relevant documents
Management & Organization
- Planning, coordination, and minute-taking of management meetings
- Organization of events and employee functions
- Administrative support for the Engineering and Maintenance department, especially regarding processes related to work clothing, quality management, and ordering
- Dispatch of participation certificates for training courses
- Representation of the Executive Assistant during absences
- Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by experience in the pharmaceutical environment, a CDMO, or in administrative support of management functions
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative, coordinative, or sales-related role with interfaces to various departments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as a structured, careful, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of service and customer orientation as well as confidence in dealing with internal and external contacts
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
- Confident communication in German and English; French skills are a plus
- Familiarity with technical or regulatory contexts as well as understanding of GMP/GDP requirements is an advantage
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as a high degree of independence, reliability, and discretion
