For our various practice locations, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant 100% as a Floater starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Medical Practice Assistant 100% as a Floater

• You fill in at various practice locations currently in the cantons of Zurich and Zug
• If needed, also in other cantons
• Planning, organization, and preparation of consultations
• Reception duties such as appointment scheduling, telephone triage, and patient registration
• Blood draws, urine analyses, wound and dressing changes, as well as instillations
• Preparation and assistance with all urological and/or gynecological examinations
• Proper, hygienic, and flawless care of the examination rooms
• Various administrative tasks

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ or health professional EFZ
• Experience as an MPA is mandatory
• Experience in reporting
• Tarmed knowledge as well as Vitomed knowledge are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and foreign language skills
• Friendly, reliable, and competent personality who can quickly integrate into different teams
• Great flexibility and openness to innovations
• High independence and initiative in daily work
