Working hours / workload
We offer you two options, depending on what fits better with your life:
100% workload
- Night shift from 01:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- 5 shifts per week
- Full shift duration of about 8 hours
- Ideal for experienced bakers who take responsibility and love the full rhythm
50% workload
- 2–3 shifts per week
- Optionally half shift until 6:00/6:30 a.m., perfect for parents who want to be home in the morning when the children get up or go to school.
- Or full shift until 10:00 a.m.
- Lived practice with us: Some team members already use this model to ideally combine work and family.
Tasks
Do you love getting up early and starting the day with the smell of fresh bread? Do you have flour in your blood, dough on your hands, and a heart for real craftsmanship? Then we have just the right workplace for you!
What you get to do with us:
- Magically create a variety of bread types with love and craftsmanship – from the classic to the house specialty
- Have fun with dough, table, and oven – and that in the best team ever
- Master production methods like patt or fresh baking like a pro (or become one!)

Requirements
- Training as a baker EFZ or experience in the baking trade
- Clean, reliable, and eager to pitch in
- Getting up early is not a curse for you but a lifestyle
