We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in finance, controlling, and pricing for Sika Supply Center AG located in Sarnen (OW). This is to ensure proper accounting and timely reporting of business success, taking into account the operational and legal regulations and frameworks for Sika Supply Center AG (SSC) and Sika Manufacturing AG (SMAG).
Job Description
- Responsibility for financial reporting and ensuring transparent, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasts as well as analysis of deviations to support strategic decisions
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal group guidelines, including transfer pricing
- Leadership and development of a motivated team of currently 8 direct reports, including close collaboration with internal interfaces
- Further development of finance, controlling, and pricing processes to increase efficiency and value creation in the company
Qualifications
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or a degree in economics with 5–10 years of experience in controlling, pricing, or finance, ideally in manufacturing or trading companies
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) as well as confident use of MS Office 365
- Solid knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, SD) and SAP BI, experience in product cost calculation as well as cost center and cost unit accounting is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style with strong analytical and conceptual skills, high self-motivation, and pronounced service orientation
