Head of Leisure Facilities & Management of the Sunnemetzg Leisure Facility 80-100%
Your tasks
-as Head of Leisure Facilities (approx. 40-50%)
- Leadership and further development of the Heslibach, Itschnach, and Sunnemetzg leisure facilities as well as the course system/adult education and youth work
- Support of the Society Management in the further development of community and leisure offerings
- Design of participatory formats and collaboration in projects
- Coordination of offerings and promotion of cooperation
- Quality assurance and public relations
-as Manager of the Sunnemetzg Leisure Facility (approx. 40-50%)
- Organization of meeting opportunities and community-promoting offerings
- Support of initiatives from the population and associations
- Planning and execution of events
- Administrative tasks, public relations, and maintenance of the facility
What you bring with you
- Experience in the socio-cultural field, ideally with a focus on leisure, children, and youth
- Degree in Social Work with a focus on socio-culture as well as further training in leadership and/or business administration is an advantage
- Strong social and communication skills as well as a high solution orientation
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Good networking in Küsnacht is an advantage
