Our Private Clients Practice operates nationally and internationally in all relevant areas of private and entrepreneurial asset, inheritance, and tax law. We focus on the individual needs of wealthy private individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and family offices and support our clients with a variety of legal, tax, and regulatory issues. Exciting and diverse mandates await you from day one.
Your main tasks
- Our advice focuses particularly on private asset, inheritance, corporate, and tax planning
- We support wealthy private individuals and families, entrepreneurs, and family offices in achieving their family and business goals, often in close cooperation with our business consultants and tax experts at home and abroad
- Topics on which we support our clients include: administration and execution of complex estates, art, philanthropy and establishment of non-profit organizations, including governance and management issues, estate planning, trusts and foundations, purchase and sale of real estate, family law, residence in Switzerland
- In addition to the mentioned legal areas, you will also work for our other specialist groups if needed, especially in the areas of Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate
- You will be involved in interesting, complex, international projects from day one and work directly with specialists from our other EY departments and clients
What we are looking for
- Master's degree in law is required; lawyer's license, training as a federally certified tax expert, studies abroad (e.g., LL.M.) or work experience abroad are an advantage
- Ideally at least 2 to 4 years of work experience advising Private Clients in a law firm, consulting firm, or legal department of a financial institution. Do you have less experience but are motivated to learn a lot quickly? Please also apply
