Specialist HR Controlling & CompBen 80-100%, on site
- Further development of systems for HR KPIs as well as compensation models
- Preparation of regular HR reports and presentations for executive management and management
- Analysis of deviations, market trends and regulatory requirements as well as derivation of recommendations
- Support in personnel planning and budget preparation
- Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual HR closings
- Interface between HR, finance, controlling, IT, etc., to make complex data understandable and advise stakeholders
- Management and implementation of projects in the area of salary data (pay equity, market analyses, etc.)
- Key user of the internal tool for salary benchmarking as well as evaluation of functions, processes and tools in the area of Compensation & Benefits
- Regular exchange with Swatch Group HQ
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Very good knowledge of office tools (M365), especially Excel, ERP systems (SAP/SF), Power BI (AFO)
- Strong analytical and statistical skills as well as affinity for numbers
- Ability to create technical specifications for the IT team
- Very good communication skills and adaptability with regard to different interlocutors
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Project management skills; good knowledge in the HR area is an advantage
Fluent language skills in French and German, both spoken and written.
