• Further development of systems for HR KPIs as well as compensation models
• Preparation of regular HR reports and presentations for executive management and management
• Analysis of deviations, market trends and regulatory requirements as well as derivation of recommendations
• Support in personnel planning and budget preparation
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual HR closings
• Interface between HR, finance, controlling, IT, etc., to make complex data understandable and advise stakeholders
• Management and implementation of projects in the area of salary data (pay equity, market analyses, etc.)
• Key user of the internal tool for salary benchmarking as well as evaluation of functions, processes and tools in the area of Compensation & Benefits
• Regular exchange with Swatch Group HQ
• Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Very good knowledge of office tools (M365), especially Excel, ERP systems (SAP/SF), Power BI (AFO)
• Strong analytical and statistical skills as well as affinity for numbers
• Ability to create technical specifications for the IT team
• Very good communication skills and adaptability with regard to different interlocutors
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Project management skills; good knowledge in the HR area is an advantage

Fluent language skills in French and German, both spoken and written.
