WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As an experienced project manager, you will independently handle complex consulting mandates in the area of Deal Advisory (company transactions, valuations, due diligence, and succession planning)
- You will engage in expanding our market position in Deal Advisory and take responsibility for the entire value chain from acquisition to the completion of the mandate
- Your area of responsibility will be rounded off by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing ones thanks to your many years of experience
- You can take over the team leadership of Deal Advisory in Aarau (if suitable and desired)
- You will be supported in your work by a qualified consulting team and an efficient back office
- You bring a university degree or a commercial basic education with corresponding further training and many years of professional experience
- You have proven consulting expertise as well as several years of professional experience in demanding fields (Deal Advisory, auditing, fiduciary services, and/or banking)
- In addition to professional qualifications, you also have a strong affinity for numbers, are creative, communicative, and enjoy solving complex problems
- You convince with a high level of social competence and willingness to perform and are characterized by a pronounced service and customer orientation
- You live in the Northwest Switzerland region, are well-networked in the SME environment, and know how to use your acquisition talent profitably
- You may already have leadership experience
