About the job
The new building of the retirement center in Geeren is completed and all 7 residential groups in House Feld and House Dorf have been occupied. Idyllically located in the green and embedded in the center of Seuzach, it offers a family-like home for up to 174 residents. Transitional care, nursing living groups, specialized dementia care, and outpatient day care are the daily core business of nursing. With our in-house doctors, nearly 300 employees, and over 30 apprentices and students in various professions, we are a modern, dynamic operation for the benefit of the residents. To support our teams, we are looking for a Dipl. Nurse HF / Dipl. Nurse HF, 50 - 100% workload(Start date by arrangement) Your field of activity with the new employer
- You care for and nurse the residents and respond to their needs
- The use of various software such as electronic documentation is no problem for you
- You ensure contact with external agencies and internal departments
- Motivation and ability to commit to a progressive and innovative understanding of nursing
- Contributing your knowledge in kinaesthetics, integrative validation, and basal stimulation
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF / FH or an equivalent SRK recognition
- You enjoy working in a team and have joy in dealing with the residents
- Responsible for the nursing process for person-centered care and support of our residents
- Responsible as day manager for the smooth running of daily business
- Participation in projects and specialist groups of the retirement center in Geeren
- You quickly grasp changing complex situations and act actively and confidently
- Interprofessional collaboration especially with therapy staff and medical service
