Our socio-educational institution provides comprehensive support to residents. All aspects related to their health benefit from an interdisciplinary approach. To complement the health branch nursing team, we are looking for a 5-month Certified Nurse CDM (M/F) at an 80% activity rate.
Mission
You ensure the health of the residents. For all medical matters, you act as a liaison between the residents and the necessary stakeholders. You train the staff in preventive measures, delegated care acts, and medical-technical procedures.
Responsibilities
Ensure, in an interdisciplinary manner, the maintenance or restoration of residents' health
Provide health care
Teach the support staff preventive measures, as well as delegated care acts and medical-technical procedures related to the specific problems of the residents
Ensure the link between stakeholders in the health field: general practitioners and specialists, hospitals, dentists, therapists, educational teams, and families
Occasionally perform night work and on-call service according to rotation (weekends, nights, and public holidays)
Desired Profile
HES nurse diploma or level 2
Experience in psychiatry, psychogeriatrics, and palliative care desired
Excellent organizational and stress management skills, especially in emergency situations
Comfortable working in a team and sharing tasks, collaborative spirit
Proven adaptability and communication skills
Strong interest in community health, social field, and intellectual disability
Pedagogical experience or strong interest in continuing education
Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs.
