- Introduction of individual sales campaigns and corresponding preparations/coordination – including all necessary marketing measures and other sales-promoting measures
- Recognizing trends, further development of the AGROLINE consulting/sales offer for future challenges and needs of the market and customers
- Leading the market launch of new products in cooperation with product management
- Promotion and strengthening of a comprehensive network: internal customer groups, external partners, suppliers and industry organizations including authorities.
- Training in the green sector, e.g. as an agricultural merchant, agronomist FH/ETH ideally supplemented by further training in sales
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position in sales – preferably in agriculture or agricultural trade
- Profound knowledge in crop production as well as in the field of plant protection products
- Strong leadership and communication skills, natural authority and entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of customer orientation, commitment and enjoyment of personal contact with colleagues, customers and partners
- Analytical thinking skills, organizational talent and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication and negotiation skills in German and French.
